Servicing starts with logistics
advice. More than 25 years of experience in the building
of heavy load handling machines enable us to understand rapidly
our client needs and advise them on how to optimise their
operation.
In a worldwide market, it is difficult to be always present
locally to achieve the maintenance of our machines. This is
why, prior the commissioning of the machines, we always identify
reliable local maintenance companies that will be able to
satisfy the service requirements of our customers. It can
happen to be the maintenance crew of our customers itself.
We provide those servicing entities with technical support
and training that often start during the erection of the machine
on site. With the years, we have developed a world
wide network of distributors.
We offer ongoing technical
and logistics support to our clients that covers the life
span of the machine. This is achieved through after sales
visits and annual technical inspections of the machines carried
out by our own experts. This is to insure the optimal use
of the machines and to get an essential feedback for the constant
improvement of our machines.
Spare parts can be sourced
directly from our store, through our distributors
or directly from suppliers when possible. The part list is
referenced in the provided machine manual together with maintenance
schedule. However, depending on the location and the type
of operation of our customers we can also offer the possibility
to purchase a spare pack that will contain the ware out spares
